Company Philosophy

At Springmount Services, our clients come first. We realise we are fortunate to have good clients. We really care for our clients and we nurture and grow our relationships with them.

Our message is simple: "WE CARE".

Springmount Services is a privately owned company and was founded in 2002, by our Managing Director Martin Stack.  Our company provides Cleaning and Ancillary services to Premium A grade Commercial Buildings, Retail Shopping Centres, Educational Institutions and Government Precincts.  We have offices located in Brisbane, Victoria and Singapore.

Springmount Services is dedicated to delivering high quality services and understands that to achieve this we need to attract and retain the best personnel available.   With over 1300 employees on sites we have developed excellent systems and resources to enable us to provide a superior level of cleaning whatever the location.  We constantly supervise our operations and provide all our staff with internal and external training to ensure we deliver a high standard of service.  All our Team share our commitment to service and care.

Springmount Services is committed to a safe and healthy environment with fully integrated business management systems. We are internationally certified in Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 4801:2001) and Environmental Management systems (ISO 14001:2015). We are fully conversant and experienced with Green Star and NABERS rating systems. We have adopted environmental sustainable cleaning practices through our “Green Cleaning” program.

Key Personnel Senior Management team

  • Martin Stack Managing Director / Owner

    Martin commenced Springmount Services in 2002 after twenty-four years in senior management positions within the industry. Martin is widely respected as a leader, having been voted Vice President of our industry association for several years running and since then has worked tirelessly to develop the organisation into the premier provider of contract cleaning. His efforts have seen us become an industry benchmark and proud recipients of numerous awards. Martin’s unwavering ethics, his accessibility, belief in transparency and accountability are fundamental to us forming long-term relationships with clients. In addition to his commitment to providing a harmonious, safe and secure environment for team members has seen us enjoy low staff turnover. Many of our clients and team members have been our service partners since our inception.

  • Tony Carmona Chief Executive Officer

    Tony has been involved in the cleaning and property services industry for 40+ years, working in a variety of Senior Executive roles covering all aspects of operations and management. During this time, Tony has demonstrated a high level of problem solving skills, working successfully with clients at all levels of organisations to re-engineer contracts, specifications and methodologies to suit changing client needs. Tony’s experience includes management of cleaning operations for commercial, retail, industrial, education, health and hospitality premises.  He has also been involved in property services operations management including mechanical, HVAC, fire and environmental building systems.  As Chief Executive Officer for Springmount Services, Tony is responsible for operating all contract cleaning services across a national portfolio. His ability to add value to service outcomes through process improvement and performance management is one of the keys to his success.

  • Andrew Walton Chief Operating Officer

    Andrew oversees our operations across Australia, bringing over 25 years senior management experience within the retail sector.  This exposure from a client’s perspective enables Andrew to fully understand our customers’ needs.  For the last 12 years Andrew has worked in senior roles within the cleaning industry across retail, commercial, health, education and domestic portfolios.  Andrew’s focus on continuous improvement means regular reviews of our business operations ensuring new innovations to enhance our service delivery.


  • Alisa Buckley General Manager - Corporate Services & Singapore Operations

    Alisa joined the company in 2011 and has over 20 years’ experience working within service and manufacturing industries.  Alisa oversees all areas of Marketing, Human Resources, IT, Quality Assurance, Risk and Tendering divisions across the company.  Alisa is also responsible for the management of our International Operations in Singapore.  Alisa is continually reviewing business systems and processes to further improve efficiencies and promote growth within the company.        

  • Michael Shine Chief Financial Officer

    Michael Shine holds an Honours Degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Business Administration specialising in Finance and is a Chartered Accountant. Michael has had extensive commercial experience in the cleaning industry as well as in the education and manufacturing sectors. His skills lie in ensuring that organisations employ appropriate leading-edge innovative practices and technology and in developing and maintaining sound financial management.

  • Brett Weaver Senior Operations Manager - Commercial and Retail

    Brett has over twenty five years experience within the cleaning service industry and is responsible for managing the operations of our key client contracts in Australia.  Brett provides specialist support for our marble flooring operations in Singapore and  is a qualified Workplace Health & Safety Officer.

  • Wendy Bettles National Administration Manager

    Wendy has over 30 years experience working within accountancy and administration positions.  Wendy manages a small but efficient administration team which looks after all facets of data processing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and administration within the group. Wendy received award in 2014 for Outstanding Support Personnel SEQ.

  • Andrew Zajaczkowski Estimator & Environmental Manager

    Andrew has been working within the company for over twelve years and he is responsible for tender estimating/preparation and submissions. Andrew also oversees our Environmental Management System and certification.  Andrew is passionate about the environment and promotes sustainable initiatives within the company.
