Springmount Services is a privately owned company and was founded in 2002, by our Managing Director Martin Stack. Our company provides Cleaning and Ancillary services to Premium A grade Commercial Buildings, Retail Shopping Centres, Educational Institutions and Government Precincts. We have offices located in Brisbane, Victoria and Singapore.
Springmount Services is dedicated to delivering high quality services and understands that to achieve this we need to attract and retain the best personnel available. With over 1300 employees on sites we have developed excellent systems and resources to enable us to provide a superior level of cleaning whatever the location. We constantly supervise our operations and provide all our staff with internal and external training to ensure we deliver a high standard of service. All our Team share our commitment to service and care.
Springmount Services is committed to a safe and healthy environment with fully integrated business management systems. We are internationally certified in Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 4801:2001) and Environmental Management systems (ISO 14001:2015). We are fully conversant and experienced with Green Star and NABERS rating systems. We have adopted environmental sustainable cleaning practices through our “Green Cleaning” program.
Martin commenced Springmount Services in 2002 after twenty-four years in senior management positions within the industry. Martin is widely respected as a leader, having been voted Vice President of our industry association for several years running and since then has worked tirelessly to develop the organisation into the premier provider of contract cleaning. His efforts have seen us become an industry benchmark and proud recipients of numerous awards. Martin’s unwavering ethics, his accessibility, belief in transparency and accountability are fundamental to us forming long-term relationships with clients. In addition to his commitment to providing a harmonious, safe and secure environment for team members has seen us enjoy low staff turnover. Many of our clients and team members have been our service partners since our inception.
Peter is responsible for the operations of Springmount Services. Peter manages all facets of the business including tender submissions, business development, administration and operations nationally. He has over twenty-five years experience in the cleaning industry and has an RCCM (Registered Contract Cleaning Manager) qualification. He has held senior management positions within the industry since 1993. Previously he was an owner/manager of his own business, following a twenty year banking and finance career, specialising in Corporate Banking and the Money Market. Business disciplines learned in these industries have been put into practice in the daily management of our company.
Andrew oversees our operations across Australia, bringing over 25 years senior management experience within the retail sector. This exposure from a client’s perspective enables Andrew to fully understand our customers’ needs. For the last 12 years Andrew has worked in senior roles within the cleaning industry across retail, commercial, health, education and domestic portfolios. Andrew’s focus on continuous improvement means regular reviews of our business operations ensuring new innovations to enhance our service delivery.
Alisa joined the company in 2011 and has over 20 years’ experience working within service and manufacturing industries. Alisa oversees all areas of Marketing, Human Resources, IT, Quality Assurance, Risk and Tendering divisions across the company. Alisa is also responsible for the management of our International Operations in Singapore. Alisa is continually reviewing business systems and processes to further improve efficiencies and promote growth within the company.
Stephen is responsible for the group’s financial reporting and administration functions. With over 20 years’ experience in senior financial and operational roles within the aviation industry, Stephen is focused on driving business strategy across all these facets of the organisation. Stephen is passionate about corporate governance, operational management, culture and the development of high performing teams.
Brett has over twenty five years experience within the cleaning service industry and is responsible for managing the operations of our key client contracts in Australia. Brett provides specialist support for our marble flooring operations in Singapore and is a qualified Workplace Health & Safety Officer.
Wendy has over 30 years experience working within accountancy and administration positions. Wendy manages a small but efficient administration team which looks after all facets of data processing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and administration within the group. Wendy received award in 2014 for Outstanding Support Personnel SEQ.
Andrew has been working within the company for over twelve years and he is responsible for tender estimating/preparation and submissions. Andrew also oversees our Environmental Management System and certification. Andrew is passionate about the environment and promotes sustainable initiatives within the company.
Springmount provides a nationwide cleaning service with our head office in Brisbane and offices located in New South Wales and Victoria. We pride ourself on providing a first-rate support network and the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to client requests.
